AI Developer

YouthCare Seattle seeks an AI Developer to join their team. This role is pivotal in the creation and enhancement of AI products and services, utilizing top-tier programming and data science expertise. The successful candidate will be a proactive learner, eager to stay updated with AI advancements and willing to experiment.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Convert data science prototypes into usable models
• Fine-tune, prompt-train, and retrain existing models; create prompt libraries for LLMs
• Research and implement suitable algorithms and tools
• Develop machine learning applications to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate AI into existing systems
• Identify optimal open-source AI models and libraries
• Conduct machine learning tests and experiments
• Ensure AI solutions comply with strategic goals and regulatory standards
• Extend existing libraries and frameworks
• Oversee AI Ops and evaluate AI solution performance for improvements

This role requires you to have:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and R
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like Keras or PyTorch, libraries like scikit-learn, and LLMs
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
