Job Title: Aerospace Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Assembler specialized in General Assembler (Water) Toilet & Pumps. The role involves performing precision assembly on production aerospace parts, including attaching parts together according to customer specifications. You will be responsible for following drawings and detailed work instructions to assemble high-quality aerospace components. Additionally, you will self-inspect your work to ensure quality defects are mitigated and report any improper operations, faulty equipment, defective materials, and/or unusual conditions to the Assembly Lead. The role requires utilizing a variety of mechanical measuring equipment such as dial indicators, calipers, and indicating micrometers to obtain proper assembly-build requirements. You will maintain dimensional accuracy on assemblies using torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling, gauges, and other measuring devices. Required to work from assembly instructions, both written and oral. Plumbing experience or experience working with pipe/tubing is a plus.
