Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 7, and other wireless standards to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and execute test plans for wireless communication systems, focusing on protocols such as 802.11, BLE, WLAN, and WEP.
Perform detailed troubleshooting and debugging of wireless connectivity issues, identifying root causes and suggesting fixes or improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and product teams, to ensure seamless integration of wireless solutions.
Maintain and update test environments and tools to meet evolving industry standards and requirements.
Provide detailed analysis and reports on wireless system performance, documenting test results, issues, and resolutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in wireless technologies and standards, particularly Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 7, and emerging protocols.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in wireless testing and validation.
Strong expertise in Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 7, and other 802.11 standards.
Hands-on experience with wireless technologies such as BLE, WLAN, WEP.
Proficiency in setting up and maintaining wireless test environments and tools.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on wireless communication systems.
Familiarity with wireless security protocols and performance optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with wireless test tools (e.g., Wireshark, AirMagnet, IxChariot, etc.).
Knowledge of scripting and automation for wireless testing.
Experience working in fast-paced, innovative environments focused on wireless technologies.
