Lead Software Engineer

Senior, Self-Guided, Management Track

• Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
• Location: Chicago - Loop
• Full Relocation Available
• Base Salary: $180k - $220k base + bonus = $250k

Brief Job Description

• Develop data pipelines and integrations to CRIMS
• Architect, design & develop
• 40% of the role is coding
• Collaborate with traders, quantitative portfolio managers & analysts
• Charles River and Alpha implementation

Must-Have Experience

• 7+ years in Front Office Technology
• Experience with Trading Systems and Order Management Systems
• Familiarity with Aladdin, Eze, SS&C, Portware, etc.
• Python data pipeline development
• Proficiency in C#, Java, and Object-Oriented Development
• Experience building enterprise applications in the cloud
• BS in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or similar
• Ability to clearly articulate the approach, process, and results in a front-facing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated responsibility, integrity, and passion for work
• Willingness to interact with others, share ideas, and work collaboratively
