Director of Production Planning (Electronics Industry Transformer)


Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a global leader in specialty chemicals for electronics interconnection. This $3+ billion company is seeking a transformational leader to spearhead their global production planning initiatives. Our client, a key player in the semiconductor and electronics assembly solutions sector, is embarking on an exciting journey to revolutionize their planning processes.


As the Director of Production Planning , you'll be at the forefront of this transformation, working across 20 global sites to implement best-in-class planning methodologies.


Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) processes

• Drive strategic inventory management for metals and reclaim materials across global sites

• Collaborate with global supply chain and engineering teams to optimize powder sourcing and production footprint

• Implement and oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes

• Lead weekly schedule adherence meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives


Qualifications ✅ :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related STEM field • 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, scheduling, or related roles within manufacturing

• Expert-level knowledge of Master Production Scheduling and Supply Planning

• Experience with MRP systems and Power BI

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformational environment
