As an Engineering Technician IV, you will provide customer support for onsite installations, repairs and maintenance of semiconductor equipment, primarily in Hillsboro Oregon.
What You'll Bring to the Table
To be a good fit for the Engineering Technician IV position, you will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineeringor equivalent experience (e.g., technical or military training or technical school) plus5-7 years of related experience
• Knowledge of Linux operating system for operating and troubleshooting the systemis preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field (i.e., semiconductor manufacturing equipment)
• Hands-on mechanical skills required
• Hands-on experience with electronic testing tools is required
• Excellent troubleshooting skills; and the ability to work on equipment alone and with other engineers, serving as a team player in challenging situations
• Excellentverbal and written communication and customer-facing skills
• Comfort working in a cleanroom environment most of the day (wearing a full clean room suit, face mask, gloves, and safety glasses), and in an environment that may include highly time-sensitive situations requiring quick resolution, including equipment problems

This full-time position will work night shifts on a compressed work week requiring flexibility to change the work schedule as required. It's an onsiterole (in-office and at client sites) working 12.5-hour shifts and includes a shift differential. The compressed schedule rotates: 3 nights on and 4 off, then 4 on and 3 off).
