Job Title: Mechanical Assembler (2nd Shift)Job DescriptionThe candidate will be working in various departments and must be flexible and willing to grow. Responsibilities include assembling hatches and panels using hand and power tools, preparing panels for painting, packaging completed assemblies, and cross-training in various departments.ResponsibilitiesAssemble hatches and panels using hand and power tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torques, and tape measures.Work off blueprints to ensure accuracy in assembly.Prepare panels for painting by inserting insulation and hanging panels on hooks.Package completed assemblies and fill orders.Cross-train in various departments to fill in as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform mechanical assembly tasks.Ability to read a tape measure.High school diploma.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanically inclined with experience in mechanical assembly.Experience in an automotive or similar environment is a plus.Ability to perform oil changes is advantageous.Why Work Here?We offer profit sharing for all direct employees, with new hires receiving approximately $1,000 quarterly. If overtime is required, Friday hours will extend to 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with occasional Saturday shifts possible. The dress code includes pants (no sweats or athletic wear), short-sleeve shirts or longer, and steel-toed boots.
