Job Title: Mold Design EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Mold Design Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience with plastic injection mold tool design and manufacturing. Familiarity with the plastics injection molding process and CAD experience (NX preferred but will consider other 3D design software) are essential. The candidate should demonstrate initiative, be results-oriented, and have a willingness and ability to institute change. Prior experience as a toolmaker and rapid prototyping experience are pluses. The Mold Design Engineer will work with 3 other Mold/Tooling designers. The role is based in Illinois and involves working on automotive floor mats (all weather mats and liners for cars and trucks).
