Key Responsibilities:
Manage, design, develop, and maintain construction projects of varying scales.
Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data from maps, reports, and tests.
Perform technical and feasibility studies, ensuring designs meet technical specifications.
Assess project risks, materials, and costs, and develop strategies for project completion.
Provide creative solutions to emerging challenges, working closely with stakeholders.
Mentor junior staff and collaborate with contractors, survey teams, and project managers.
Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery within cost constraints.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in civil engineering, especially in land development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Expertise in site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control.
Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Knowledge of land use, surveying, and project management is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of civil engineering experience in land development.
