Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) Registration Preferred but not required.
- Over 5 years of experience in the civil engineering field.
- Well-established clientele. In business for almost 20 years
- Project types are all water based, including but not limited to: drinking/potable water, water resources, wastewater, recycled water, and more.
- Strong base compensation and bonus structure, PTO, paid holidays, sick time, health insurance, hybrid work schedule, and more.
- This firm offers a telecommute (hybrid) schedule
- Established firm in the local area & looking to grow even more!
- Foundational experience as a project engineer involved in producing final design products and conducting study analyses and deliverables for water resources projects.
- Effective communication skills, both with staff and internal/external clients.
- Strong organizational habits, along with proficiency in time and budget management.
- Positive wrk experience from previous professional experiences.
- Consideration will be given to candidates outside our geographical area who are willing to relocate.
- Potable water treatment, infrastructure design, and master planning.
- Wastewater collection design and master planning.
- Stormwater system design and master planning.
- Flood control, dam/reservoir, irrigation facility studies, and designs.
The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $115,000.
