We are looking for new talent to add to our growing team and are currently hiring additional Full Stack Azure Developer.
As an Information Full Stack Azure Developer, you will participate in all phases of the software lifecycle with an emphasis on architecture, design, quality, and implementation. This role requires a self-sufficient, analytical developer with great communication skills that is comfortable owning a range of front and back-end initiatives. The candidate will need strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within a group or independently to achieve the goals of the program. Our projects are built around a great user experience, developing custom software that supports business process and workflows, analytical, data management and reporting capabilities for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement environments for applications, engineer suitable release management procedures and provide production support.
- Design and develop automation workflows, perform unit tests and conduct reviews to ensure work utilizes coding standards and best practices for platform performance, and assess the overall quality of delivered components.
- Collaborate with peers on software design, to provide accurate work estimates and implementation of new features including interfaces, contracts with storage systems, and data transformation.
- Liaise with other development, infrastructure and operations teams.
- Ensure that all security policies and practices are adhered to as part of development.
- Work with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other team members during the project phases to understand and implement the business functionality. Update project leads on any tasks that are at risk or where project plan adjustments need to be made.
- Stay abreast of leading edge technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least six (6) years of professional experience as a software developer designing and implementing enterprise-scale web applications.
- Experience with .NET and JavaScript frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc).
- Spring Boot experience, specifically Java, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and using continuous integration and delivery tools (Jenkins/AzureCI).
- Practical experience with DevOps plus – Continuous Integration, Automated Deployment, Team Foundation Services/Visual Studio Online with web applications (Cloud development experience preferred).
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with .NET, ASP.NET, Angular 4, Python, Scala.
- Java and JavaScript experience.
- SQL experience.
- Primefaces, Ajax, HTML 5.
- Unix scripting (Ruby, Perl, Python, shell).
- Windows scripting (PowerShell, batch).
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Azure Cloud is preferred.
- DevOps Tools - Salt, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, Git, Artifactory.
Clearance Requirement:
- Active DOD/DSS SECRET security clearance or higher (interim is acceptable).
