OverviewPosition Overview:The Principal Systems Engineer is expected to design, maintain and adjust the HealthEdge technical platforms to ensure maximal uptime, performance and compliance thorough monitoring, auditing, and continuous review of performance and security. This role requires a firm understanding and knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance to support the customer base with data driven priorities of outcome.The Product:With GuidingCare, our integrated solution suite empowers payers, providers, members, and other stakeholders to collaborate more effectively. The GuidingCare solution suite delivers these results, providing to health plans mission-critical workflow solutions that drive superior care and financial outcomes in a value-based, member- and patient- centric ecosystem.The complete suite of solutions from HealthEdge delivers a digital foundation for payers specifically designed to fuel a digital transformation, reduce costs, and improve both clinical outcomes and the member experience.Your Impact:Manage the implementation of Infrastructure platform strategy for the organizationLead the transformation of data driven decisions through metric collection and analysis to partner with cross-functional teams to identify any areas of improvement that can deliver a better user experience with technologyBuild and implement necessary solutions to manage and innovate service reliability as part of our continual improvement programPerform regular review of service offerings to develop business processes as part of our automation journeyResponsible for documentation and configuration scripting for automated deploymentResponsible for disaster recovery testing and scenario planning. Ability to perform when needed in the event of a failure requiring restoration of servicesOversee the diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving of hardware, software, or other network and system problemsResponsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing network security measures to protect data, software, and hardwareResponsible for designing a security first program for governance through monitoring, compensating controls, efficacy evaluation, and documentationManage the diagnosing of causes of failures and performs corrective or preventive actions to avoid any subsequent failuresManage performance to identify areas of opportunity for efficiency and growth with modern technologiesEstablish and deliver reporting for services regarding performance, health, and capacity to the businessPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fieldMaster’s Degree preferred8-12 years of related work experienceProven experience in a Leadership roleExperience with security, monitoring and performance responseExperience with disaster recovery and high availability supportCan you add the technical requirements for this role?
