OverviewPosition Overview:The Principal Systems Engineer is expected to design, maintain and adjust the HealthEdge technical platforms to ensure maximal uptime, performance and compliance thorough monitoring, auditing, and continuous review of performance and security. Ability to perform when needed in the event of a failure requiring restoration of servicesOversee the diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving of hardware, software, or other network and system problemsResponsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing network security measures to protect data, software, and hardwareResponsible for designing a security first program for governance through monitoring, compensating controls, efficacy evaluation, and documentationManage the diagnosing of causes of failures and performs corrective or preventive actions to avoid any subsequent failuresManage performance to identify areas of opportunity for efficiency and growth with modern technologiesEstablish and deliver reporting for services regarding performance, health, and capacity to the businessPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fieldMaster’s Degree preferred8-12 years of related work experienceProven experience in a Leadership roleExperience with security, monitoring and performance responseExperience with disaster recovery and high availability supportCan you add the technical requirements for this role?
