Technical Support Engineer

Golden, CO (onsite)

6 month engagement, potential to convert to FTE


We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage predefined resolution frameworks and specialized IT tools to effectively address customer issues. If you have a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize established resolution frameworks and specialized IT tools, applying relevant technical skills (such as troubleshooting) to effectively address and resolve customer issues.
  • Oversee asset inventory management in accordance with specified asset management procedures.
  • Serve as a Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation point for customer desktop-related concerns.
  • Monitor, maintain, and manage computing environments, including directories, systems software, applications, and management tools.
  • Contribute to the IT Service Management (ITSM) Knowledge Base.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Analyst team to address customer inquiries and communicate resolutions, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Consistently achieve project deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Be available after hours to resolve critical issues.
