Machine Learning Engineer

We’re solving fundamental problems in AI and product, training multimodal models that understand users and business goals to enable user interfaces to continuously and autonomously improve themselves.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and launch applications on top of LLMs.
2. Work with a variety of common tools for LLM-enabled software.
3. Familiarity with research in prompt engineering techniques.
4. Deploy machine learning models in production and run fine-tuning jobs.
5. Collaborate closely with the product engineering team and research engineering team to build practical solutions that address real user needs.

Qualifications:

1. Experience with RLHF (bonus points).
2. Familiarity with or contributions to open-source libraries related to LLMs.
3. Passion for tackling 0 to 1 challenges.
