Senior Business Analyst-Engineer

Chevo is hiring an experienced Senior Business Analyst-Engineer with an active Secret Clearance to join our expanding firm. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to developing and implementing new operational processes and procedures. This position is in Washington, DC, and metro accessible. At the appropriate time, this position may be located on-site with the client in Washington, DC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support the enhancement of the organization’s analytic capability as it addresses systems enterprise data challenges and directly align data management solutions with CISA and Mission Engineer- Program Support Services (ME-PSS) mission priorities.
2. Identify, document, and analyze data integration requirements and technical business processes.
3. Develop business processes and data analysis.
4. Provide information technology support for IT requirements of individual projects; apply collaborative IT capabilities to improve processes, enhance reporting, communications, and knowledge distribution.
5. Recommend a requirements management process to include comprehensive workflows, quality control, and quality assurance plans.
6. Create dashboards using DHS-approved technologies on the Technology Reference Model (TRM) that maximize data accessibility, consistency, integrity, accuracy, and integration.

Required Qualifications:

1. BA/BS equivalent
2. 10 years of experience managing or directing a technical program involving business process development and data analysis
3. DHS CISA experience
4. Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

1. Agile certification (SAFe)
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Project, and Visio.
3. Proficiency with SharePoint administration
