Key job responsibilities:

1. Architect, design, and implement cloud based systems applications and infrastructure in support of internal software management solution.
2. Influence the team's strategy and contribute to long-term vision and roadmap.
3. Work with stakeholders across solutions architecture and operations teams to iterate on design and implementation.
4. Maintain high standards by participating in reviews, designing for fault tolerance and operational excellence, and creating mechanisms for continuous improvement.
5. Work directly with customers and partners to verify features in testing stages and incorporate feedback into the next iteration.
6. Mentor other engineer team members.
7. Utilize software engineering processes and technologies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
