What you will do

1. Design and develop intuitive UI/UX for TeamViewer Frontline and Smart Glasses.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user scenarios to effectively convey design concepts.
3. Work closely with users to understand their needs and integrate feedback into design iterations.
4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries.
5. Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality.

Must haves

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product/application development team.
2. At least 2 years of experience in creating prototypes or detailed wireframes for complex applications.
3. Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility.
5. A passion for delightful user experiences.
6. A deep sense of quality and attention to detail.

Nice to haves

1. You have a pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems.
2. Technical background is a strong plus.
3. Previous experience on smart device or AR/VR/XR domains is a big plus!
4. You have experience working in an Agile environment.
5. You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room.
6. You have self-awareness and a desire to continually improve.
