Job Title: Project Engineering Support - Electrical and Control Systems
Client: LTTS/ P&G
Location: North Carolina
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
• PLC Programming with an emphasis on generating code that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable and reusable. Knowledge of Studio 5000, RS Logix 5000, RS Logix 500, RS Logix 5.
• SCADA HMI Programming to generate HMI screens for complex process control applications while providing sufficient feedback for troubleshooting. Knowledge of, FactoryTalk View Machine Edition and Site Edition.
• Design Control System Architecture (CSA) diagrams
• Design control study / URD (User Required Document) for the PLC & HMI programming
• Design electrical & control panel layout, control schematic drawings and Bill of Material (BOM)
• Design and perform safety validation, safety maps, IQ/OQ, LOTO Documents for new equipment installation at site
• Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at client site and VAT (Vendor Acceptance Test) at Vendor Location for new electrical & control panels
• Provide support for installation, commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting for machines & skids at site
• Perform Multi-discipline and vendor co-ordination
• Review vendor & engineering documents as per project requirements.
• Prepare feasibility study design basis document and detail engineering technical documents- Cable schedule, Device List/ Tag List for new equipment / machine
• Design & review technical documents like engineering information for fabricator / contractor for activities to be performed in sequence at site
• Deliver complex, large-scale projects on time and within the budget in compliance with NEC, NFPA79, OSHA, S88 and PackML Standards
• Suggesting ideas on Production Improvements & Cost reduction without quality compromises.
• Shall be responsible for installing, wiring the instruments/Control modules, field devices and commissioning of minor production improvement systems.
• Shall be flexible to come in to attend the troubleshooting.
• Shall be flexible to work on any shift.
• Shall be flexible to work on weekend-based on the requirement.

• BE (Electrical, Instrumentation and control)
