ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a results-driven and confident Publisher Relations/Database Support team member to help us drive our relationships with our Publishers and ensure our database is accurate and up to date. manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations.

This position will be directly responsible for researching and confirming publisher and product information, data entry, and the day-to-day operations of the Publisher Relations and Database team.  A successful Publisher Relations & Database Support team member will be comfortable with a high amount of verbal and written correspondence; comfortable articulating our needs both in written and verbal conversations to ensure we are receiving the product/pricing information needed to successfully manager our client's needs.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Develop relationships with publishers and vendors.
  • Performs research for database maintenance, Customer Service and Finance requests, and Sales quotes.
  • Gather swift market intelligence and validate pricing through various methods, including verbal and written correspondence with publishers and other content providers.
  • Complete various projects as assigned within the given timeline.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing and sorting.
  • Contact other companies outside of Prenax to obtain pricing for needed site licenses, databases, subscriptions, books and more.
  • Coordinates with internal departments and communicates with customer service representatives, finance team, and sales reps to ensure that the database is being updated properly and in a timely manner.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

  • Experience with the full suite of Office365 applications; including advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Track record of being able to thrive within deadline driven environments.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects at once.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules if needed.
  • Good team player and willingness to be cooperative with fellow colleagues in various departments.
  • A minimum of one year's related experience required.

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm in-office, Concord, NH

Compensation dependent on education and experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, and paid time off.
