We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA, on a long-term contract for Walmart. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global leader in retail, contributing to mobile app development that impacts millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of Walmart's iOS applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers, to create seamless, engaging mobile experiences.
• Architect and implement advanced features in the iOS app using Swift, Objective-C, and the latest iOS frameworks.
• Ensure code quality through unit tests, automation, and peer code reviews.
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to continuous integration and deployment efforts.
• Mentor junior developers, offering technical guidance and support in mobile app best practices.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in iOS app development with expertise in Swift and Objective-C.
• Strong understanding of Apple’s iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
• Proven experience with iOS frameworks like Core Data, Core Animation, and push notifications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of performance testing and optimization techniques for mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid model (remote + on-site).
