The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our dedicated team within one of our key client's projects. In this crucial role, you will lead Generative AI development initiatives, ensuring that innovative AI solutions meet and exceed the strategic objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to directly influence AI technology direction and build a strong relationship with our client. We are building an AI LLM agent that use a language model as a reasoning engine to determine actions based on user input. This Agent will then interact with external tools to complete tasks and satisfy user requests.
What you'll be doing
  • Design and implement an LLM based Agent to help user in their needs to acquire and fulfill a number of services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • Research and implement cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Communicate AI concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members on AI best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure high-quality AI implementations.
  • Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, implementing improvements as needed.
Must Haves
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including agents design, development and deployment.
  • Experience with LLMs and integrating AI solutions into web and backend systems.
  • Hands on experience implementing LLMs powered agents and related solutions (RAG, Tool Use, ReAct or others).
  • Hands on experience integrating with cloud AI services, frameworks and tools.
  • Demonstrable experience working with LangChain framework, HuggingFace models, Vector Database, and related technologies.
  • Experience working with vector databases like Pinecone or others alternatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience with government services or similar domains.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, especially for government data.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
