Job Description:
Lead cross functional and cross organization teams to drive quality improvement
• Lead local quality engineers toward improvement targets and quality performance
• Drive corrective actions toward systemic resolutions and full closure
• Develop and deliver stakeholder communications in PowerPoint
• Schedule and hold periodic quality meetings and conferences with customers and stakeholders
• Actively participate in periodic quality meetings and conferences
• Track and report quality performance metrics to management
• Ensure quality processes are followed
• Travel to customer sites and work on any issues related to assignment
• Work in a professional manner without direct guidance or direction from others
Qualification:
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
