Director of Facilities & Engineering

Our client is currently searching for a Director of Facilities & Engineering with an extensive leadership background to join their very fast growing organization. In this position you'll be responsible for everything going on in the 24/7 plant, especially surrounding aseptic manufacturing. This is an on-site position in Houston TX. VISA Sponsorship and relocation assistance can be provided for the right candidate.

You should apply if you have:

• 10+ years of leadership experience within facilities management, manufacturing, engineering etc(pharma & biopharma industries preferred)
• Proven track record in developing future leaders
• Extensive experience with sterile fill lines, lyophilizers, pumps, valves, regulators etc;
• Six sigma green or black belt
