WebCE is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Full-Stack .NET Developer with 4-6 years of experience to work Full-Time in a hybrid environment.

A day in the life at WebCE
Working from your own cubicle and your own home, we will give you the opportunity to do lots of different things. This team comes into the office once per week. Primarily, you will be responsible for Full-Stack .NET Development by building new functionality into existing applications and expanding upon existing functionality.
If you have a question or need some help, you'll be surrounded by helpful, friendly people who are ready to jump in and collaborate with you in finding the best solution for the customer's needs. What you need to be qualified for this job
To be qualified for this job, you've got to have a positive and caring attitude. You'll be considered a mentor on the team of Web Software Developers, so it is vital that you can show them how much we care. You'll need to know how to use the tools of the trade, that means .NET, C#, Webforms, MVC, and SQL amongst others. And finally, since it isn't likely that you have used all the systems that your new job will require, you've got to be willing to jump in and learn how to use our systems and provide feedback on things that we can improve.

Job Description
.NET developer responsible for implementing large feature improvements and additions to the WebCE applications, system health and maintainability, and encouraging best practices through peer code review recommendations and assisting Web Software Developers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Full-stack development, including all of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Independently completing development projects of low complexity
- Creating code that is thoroughly tested with little or no production issues
- Peer code reviews
- Code security reviews
- Fully understanding and supporting best practices
- Assisting stakeholders with understanding our systems
- Off-hours support for critical issues
- Contributing to improving the quality and design of the existing code base
Required Skills / Abilities
- BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
- 5+ years' experience in designing and building software applications
- Proficiency with C# and .NET
- Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, SQL, full-stack web application development, and code security
- Experience working on complex software projects
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
