This position designs, develops, tests, deploys and maintains the continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline for technology solutionsResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy and maintain technology solutions and ensure solutions meet non-functional requirementsAnalyze, design and develop tests and test-automation suitesUse test driven development in an agile environmentDesign, develop, test, deploy and maintain the continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline for technology solutionsCollaborate cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven technology solutionsConsistently apply best practices and drive for continuous improvementActively participate in Agile ceremoniesOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required5 years of experience with application development or packaged software implementations - WS02Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsAbility to speak up to address risk and opportunitiesStrong problem-solving and analysis skillsAbility to transition abstract concepts into stable and supportable software solutionsAbility to develop unbiased options and recommendations to technical problems and unbiased comparisonsStrong traits of decisiveness and judgmentAbility to drive innovation and be forward thinkingExcellent documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)Previous experience working an in Agile/Product Delivery modelPrevious experience in PBM / health care industryUnderstanding of security implications of domainMinimum Physical Job RequirementsAbility to travel up to 5% of the timeAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends and shifts outside of Prime’s core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. as needed for technical support and/or project needsConstantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequently required to reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouchOccasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusReporting StructureReports to a Manager in the Information Technology departmentPotential pay for this position ranges from $87,200.00 - $139,400.00 based on experience and skills.
