Software Integrations Engineer develops and implements solutions integrating applications across the enterprises or its units/departments.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops and implements solutions integrating applications across Echo and its clients.
- Evaluates existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs.

- Proven experience as a Software Integrations Engineer or similar role

- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. IIS, Apache), and UI/UX design
- Knowledge of APIs, JSON, and XML data formats
- Programming Language- C#, C++ or Java; XML; EDI or OBI; Oracle or Microsoft SQL preferred
Desired/Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of X12 standards, specifically for documents 204, 210, 214, 990, and 997
- Additional experience in CSV, delimited, fixed-length, and XML formats helpful.
- Ability to troubleshoot failures in any of these documents.
- Familiar with implementing EDI Specifications for the above documents.
- Familiar with Requirement gathering and documenting for EDI trading partners.
- Familiar with transmission protocols, such as FTP, AS2, and API.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field
