Senior to Principal Level Design Engineer; RF High Power Amplifier

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of High Power RF Power Amplifiers, using GaN technology, for Defense, 5G Wireless Infrastructure and other fast growing markets.

They are looking for an RF Power Amplifier Designer, up to the Principal level. Based in Raleigh, NC.

The PA Designer will perform internal matching on GaN PA devices to create RF Power Modules.
Company is looking for MSEE or PhDEE with 3 to 5 years of PA Design experience, ideally RF High Power using GaN, SiC, or LDMOS. Candidates with MMIC PA or even lower power (mobile) PAs will be considered.

We need a hands-on Designer who will conduct simulation, as well as test and tune PAs on the bench. PAs are for Defense and multi-markets.
Green Card or US Citizenship is required.
