Overview
Our client is a top global integrator offering diverse services to the federal government. They are seeking a Release Train Engineer for a contract position on a project in Northern Virginia, with a partially hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will lead Agile Release Train events and processes, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders, addressing impediments to progress, managing risks, and promoting continuous improvement. You will also collaborate with Product/Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
This position is in Arlington, VA, and offers some remote options. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with an Interim or Active Secret clearance .
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree. In lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of professional experience may be substituted
- 5 years of post-college professional experience
- 3+ years of experience with the following:
- Agile Scrum Project Management
- Client Services
- Business Process Strategy
- Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with an Interim or Active Secret clearance.
Compensation
Competitive salary range of $125K-$140K, based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure and certifications. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
