Automation / Controls Engineer opening in an environment investing in new equipment, technology, and people to support demand and drive growth. Lots of varied production processes and equipment to support in a clean manufacturing environment. We don’t need an expert in a specific process or industry, just a sharp engineer happy to learn new processes. Lots new investments being made including new automated equipment across the facility. It’s primarily an Allen-Bradley PLC and Fanuc Robotics environment. You will support work across capital projects, root cause & corrective action for production and quality problems, process design, and more. Great team to collaborate with and management that empowers engineers to own and drive their own work.

Targeting a salary in the $100-120K area (flexible), plus a large annual bonus opportunity (around 15%).
REQUIRED:
- Strong PLC experience (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to support that is both on the floor hands-on, and project work from a desk
DESIRED: - Engineering or related technology degree
- Fanuc robotics experience
