Application Engineer Product Support

Delsys is seeking an application engineer with a biomedical or mechanical engineering undergraduate degree to join our growing product support team. The role involves integrating technical knowledge with the human movement sciences to support a growing client base across the globe. Communication skills, both written and verbal, are key components for success in this position. Hands-on training and mentoring will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

1. Handle technical support inquiries
2. Provide training and support to partners
3. Maintain and organize support databases
4. Assist product engineers to remain up to date on hardware/software features
5. Travel to tradeshow & customers for trainings as needed

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering
2. Lab experience
3. Strong command of written and spoken English
4. Knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, and/or human anatomy
5. Sales and Customer Support experience a plus
