Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead development efforts, contribute to strategic initiatives, and oversee the full software development lifecycle while ensuring adherence to banking standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with engineering staff to assess hardware-software interfaces, develop specifications, and resolve customer issues.
• Direct software system testing and validation procedures, informing stakeholders about project status and technical matters.
• Provide leadership in software programming, development documentation, and maintenance.
• Actively participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions, guiding the team through technical challenges and ensuring adherence to release scope.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle and troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of .NET, C#, Angular 2+, SQL Server, and testing methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.
