Description:
As a Salesforce Senior Developer at Credera, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of intricate Salesforce solutions aligned with our clients' business objectives. Collaborating closely with the Development Manager and team, you'll utilize agile methodologies to deliver robust solutions. Whether as a team player or individual contributor, you'll work towards achieving business objectives set by the Enterprise Services team, ensuring the delivery of Salesforce projects with advanced technical expertise and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with product specialists and the Development Manager to understand complex requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Design and develop Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, emphasizing Salesforce CPQ, Communities, and related technologies.
- Define development timelines and technical vision in close coordination with the Development Manager.
- Work closely with the team of developers under the Development Manager's guidance to deliver solutions aligned with project objectives.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices in Salesforce design and development.
- Conduct code reviews and quality assurance to maintain high coding standards and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce platform and products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community), Force.com, Apex Code, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Stay updated with Salesforce vendor releases and emerging technologies to enhance client solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing system performance and functionality.
- Provide expertise on Salesforce.com Apex, APIs, profiles, security model, Chat, Service Console, and Experience Cloud (Community).
- Take ownership, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interact with team members to deliver fast and reliable code, contribute ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate on various projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience required.
- Certifications:
- CPQ Specialist Certification required
- 1+ Current Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred: Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II…etc.
- At least 6 years of Salesforce development experience in Sales and Service cloud platforms.
- At least 3 years of design and development experience in Salesforce CPQ, Communities / Experience cloud, and related products.
- Proven experience in transformation projects in Sales, CPQ, Service, and Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development techniques.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in solution documentation and design processes to maintain complex Salesforce instances.
Compensation:
The salary range listed is for informational purposes. Credera treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $120K – 135K is anticipated for this role in the US.

Hybrid Work Model:
Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office or at the client site. You'll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.
Travel:
Our goal is to keep out-of-market travel to a minimum and most projects do not require significant travel. While certain projects can require frequent travel (up to 80% for a period of time), our average travel percentage over a year for team members is typically between 10-30%. We try to take a personal approach to travel. You will submit your travel preferences which our staffing teams will take into account when aligning you to a role.
