Manpower has openings for Data Entry work in Tempe, Arizona!This is NOT a remote job.What’s in it for you?• Day & Night shifts available• Competitive wages $18.00/hr - $20.70/hr• Option to take free college courses and skills trainingShifts are as follows for both positions:• 1st Shift – 6AM – 2:30PM ($18)• 3rd Shift – 9PM- 5:30AM ($20.70)The Data Entry positions are long-term, on-call, seasonal, project-based assignments for a large financial Lockbox Bank.These positions require attention to detail in all processes, willingness to learn work processes in assigned areas, and being open to direction from Supervising Staff, Team Leads and Work Coordinators. This is a fast-paced environment and will need to meet production and quality standards.• Work is conducted in a high-volume production environment• Assigned duties may change based on project/off-project demands• Production volume dictates the work scheduleDATA ENTRY POSITION - will be responsible in keying data from scanned documents into database.Preferred Skills:• 10-key skills of 6,000 keystrokes per hour with 98%+ accuracy• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills• Ability to work in high volume, fast paced environment governed by production standards• Require clerical, reading, writing and mathematical skills• Able to analyze, respond and comprehend client’s standard operating procedures and their instructions• Have good hand-to-eye coordination• Flexibility and willingness to learn and be utilized in all areas of operation• Opening, sorting and verifying contents of mail• Ensuring accuracy of documents and preparing them for processing• Identifying and correcting errors in data• Flexibility and willingness to learn and be utilized in all areas of operation• Be open minded with a positive attitudeRequirements• Ability to pass a data entry test, background check• Per client requirements, candidate must provide three forms of identification for background compliance purposes:• State ID/DL, Social Security Card AND one of the following to establish US Citizenship -- Birth Certificate, Perm Resident card (issued at least full 3 years prior) or Naturalization CertificateStop your search and apply to join the Manpower team today!
