Job Description
- Oversee all quality operations at the site near Chicago
- Prepare and conduct internal IATF 16949 audits
- Delegate duties to junior engineers and technicians
- Work directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances
- Lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods
- Generate documentation and standards for new products
- Work with supply chain team to provide updates to customers on lead times, recommend alternatives
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related
- Exposure to IATF 16949 systems
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in the US
- Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Base Salary between $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and interview performance
- Bonus up to 10%
- 3+ weeks of PTO
