Senior RF Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing RF systems, with a strong background in electrical engineering and firmware development. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively on complex projects.

Duties

1. Design and develop RF systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
2. Utilize CAD tools for system design and documentation of electrical systems.
3. Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing RF systems.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ARM-based solutions into projects.
5. Develop firmware for RF applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
6. Manage project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones.
7. Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
8. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in RF design.

Experience

1. Proven experience in RF system design, including familiarity with MicroStation software.
2. Strong understanding of electrical systems and their integration into larger projects.
3. Proficiency in Python for automation and analysis tasks related to RF engineering.
4. Experience in project management, including scheduling and resource allocation.
5. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis and troubleshooting methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

1. RF Engineer: 5 years (Required)
2. Defense and Space Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)
3. Radars or quirky RF systems: 3 years (Required)

Pay : $127,873.00 - $135,307.00 per year
