Job TITLE: Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: San Jose, CA

Term: Contract

Responsibilities:

1. Work with the Secure Pump Pay team to design, draft, and document solutions for the petroleum industry.
2. Utilize three-dimensional problem-solving skills.
3. Use SolidWorks to design mechanically complex solutions.
4. Create Bill of Materials and installation guide details.
5. Collaborate with outside suppliers to build and construct engineering prototypes.
6. Work with the Supply Chain New Product Introduction group to release products to production.
7. Agile BOM creation and modification.
8. Design injection mold plastics and sheet metal components.
9. Utilize EPDM with SolidWorks.
10. Engage with outside professional services.

Experience:

NA

Education:

BS or greater or 10+ years of hands-on Mechanical Engineering experience.
