Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

• Experience working with Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), should be a certified person in Sales force commerce cloud .
• Minimum work experience 12+ years of software operations, 10 years of Demandware/Salesforce Commerce application development
• Retail / B2C ecommerce experience in site merchandising operations, reporting, site search, campaign & promotions management and maintenance
• Strong experience in ecommerce domain (PIM, OMS, CRM, integrating branded content sites)
• Strong knowledge on web development technologies including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX
• Experience in multi-system integration

Job Responsibilities:

• The resource is Responsible for leading a team of software engineers of SFCC applications, and AKENEO PIM systems
• Technical designs for eCommerce applications including creating technical design documents, engaging team of developers to build and implement solutions, integrations with AKENEO PIM
• Provide eCommerce expertise and drive strategic thinking
• Implementation of new features and bug fixing on the Digital Platform
• Oversee development including mentoring and coaching software engineers to scale our software engineering practice
• Create, communicate, and maintain best practices and coding standards and hold the development team accountable to follow these best practices through code reviews and code quality analysis
• Staying current with digital commerce technology holistically with emphasis on platform technologies through conference attendance and continuous education
• Manage and attack technical debt including maintaining and prioritizing a tech debt backlog
• Work across agile methodology, working with multiple initiatives
