Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms tailored to recruitment processes, including candidate screening, matching, and recommendation systems.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
- Integrate AI models into the recruitment platform, ensuring seamless operation and scalability. Work on deployment pipelines to bring models into production.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI models. Fine-tune algorithms for better accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the CTO and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Work with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to implement AI-driven features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning. Explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance the platform’s capabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, algorithms, and processes. Ensure clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AI Developer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. Ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
