Job description:
- Certified AEM Developer with 5 or more AEM projects in their past.
- Approaching an AEM Architect certification a Plus.
- Ability to provide oversight and guidance for FE and BE AEM Developers.
- Ability and history of performing code reviews for teams and creating code standards for the AEM Teams.
- Ability to define and measure team capacity and manage backlog for the teams to efficiently code and correct bugs.
