REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Experience: 8+ years
  2. Strong experience in B2B/EDI environment with IBM Sterling Integrator
  3. Strong expertise in business process development and mapping within the EDI domain
  4. Proficiency in communication protocols such as AS2, HTTP, SFTP, FTP, and API
  5. Familiarity with logistics-based EDI transactions (e.g., 204, 214, 990, 404)
  6. Knowledge of DataPower B2B tool for tracking and analyzing document flow in DPOD
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Programming background, preferably as a full stack engineer
  9. Good understanding of SDLC and development experience
  10. Experience in performance tuning for Sterling Integrator
  11. Good understanding of Japanese customs and rules of business meetings
  12. Proficient in communicating and driving technology solutions that support business objectives
  13. Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as all levels of the organization
  14. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  15. Mentoring your team members in projects and helping them keep up with new technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
  2. Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
  3. Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements
  4. Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
  5. Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
  6. Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
  7. Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
  8. Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
