Job Title: Field Quality Engineer

3 month contract (quarterly renewal)

(hybrid 3 days per week)

Job Description: We are seeking a Field Quality Engineer to support and improve our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. You will manage product returns, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and ensure timely completion of RMA procedures. Additionally, you will analyze data to track and enhance the effectiveness of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle RMA requests from customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to streamline RMA processes.
• Improve efficiency of RMA procedures and reduce processing times.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to assess process effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of RMA processes and product return procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Jira, and basic data management.
• Knowledge of Python, Linux, and SQL is a plus.
