Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Operations team supporting New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Integration (NPI). The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent project management abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement that aligns successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead Operations deliverables for the Kitchen and Bath Development Process, including cost reduction and process development.
- Provide manufacturing input in NPD projects through DFMA, FMEA, and design reviews.
- Manage plant operations functions (quality, engineering, production) for new product launches and fulfillment strategies.
- Build product cost models and provide technical support for Make vs. Buy analyses.
- Develop and implement process improvements for NPD and manufacturing processes.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with DFMA, FMEA, and process optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects independently.
