Location: Denver, CO
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.
- Monitor building system operations and performance under limited supervision.
- Apply trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
- Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing.
- Coordinate and inspect work performed by outside contractors.
- Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance.
- Review work orders and estimate time and materials needed for repairs.
- Maintain an energy management program for efficient system operation.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No formal supervisory responsibilities. May provide informal assistance and coordinate work.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with a minimum of four years of related experience or trade school training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES: Universal CFC certification preferred. Additional certifications in relevant trades may be required.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Proficient in using personal computers and Microsoft Office Outlook. Physical requirements include the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
Safety: Responsible for personal safety and following safety protocols.
Compensation: Minimum salary is $87,360 annually; maximum is $95,680 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
