Your Role

  1. Works in a dynamic, secure cloud environment with expertise in multiple IT disciplines and technologies.
  2. Maintains service infrastructure for high availability, performance, and optimal customer experience.
  3. Deploys and updates systems, services, and supporting infrastructure autonomously to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  4. Focuses on security and compliance in a highly regulated environment.
  5. Implements fully automated processes to reduce manual work and increase productivity.
  6. Collaborates with motivated engineers from diverse backgrounds in software engineering, system engineering, and product management.
  7. Embraces a supportive work environment that encourages growth and work-life balance.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  2. Plan and manage system capacity to optimize resource usage and cost efficiency.
  3. Coordinate and oversee the release and deployment of products, while continuously improving existing processes.
  4. Automate monitoring and alerting to improve efficiency, security, and reliability of cloud infrastructure.
  5. Investigate and resolve production incidents, and provide support to ensure customer success.
  6. Utilize the Dynatrace platform to monitor and optimize system performance and user experience.
