About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Level 2 Software Engineer with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our engineering team to define system architecture, write high-quality code, and ensure our software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement complex software systems.
  2. Develop and maintain high-quality, testable code.
  3. Define system architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
  4. Collaborate with the engineering team to solve challenging technical problems.
  5. Provide and receive feedback to foster a culture of growth and improvement.
  6. Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers.
  7. Contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 2+ years of experience as a software engineer.
  2. Strong proficiency in Go (GoLang).
  3. Familiarity with web development frameworks, such as React.
  4. Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Google Cloud.
  5. Understanding of agile development methodologies.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills, a self-starter attitude, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to contribute to discussions constructively and respectfully.
