• 10+ years of experience creating mobile app products and solutions across iOS and Android operating platforms

• 3+ years of work experience working with executive leaders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Track record in fostering positive collaborative outcomes in an agile environment across multiple projects
• Expert communicator, both written and orally, to all levels throughout the organization
• Proficient in the latest design and process tools such as Figma, MS Teams, Confluence and Jira

Responsibilities

• The Senior Design Manager of Mobile (Native) advocates for the clients who use our mobile products as well as the members of their teams
• They are driven by data to deliver business outcomes and are committed to leading the creation of elegantly designed Native Mobile App user experiences from otherwise complex workflows
• In this role, you'll take the time to understand the discovery and delivery side of XD, but also the business aspects of the digital products and mobile solutions we create
• Leads the design and development of innovative native mobile app design solutions across iOS and Android operating platforms that address user, product, and business problems
• Works with stakeholders across the organization to gain support for native mobile design strategies, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and constraints
• Data informed, basing improvements in design on digital analytics, user research testing and stakeholder input
• Provides guidance and expertise to effectively engage stakeholders on mobile product design to achieve product goals
• Provides guidance on the strategic long-term direction for native mobile application to ensure that our users needs and wants are addressed, as well as ensuring that the native applications keep up to date with ever evolving platform standards and conventions
• Collaborates and work closely with our Design Systems team, ensuring mobile design and operating system standards are accurately reflected, updated, and adopted
• Oversee the design process for native mobile applications, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
• Provides guidance to individual project teams on the native mobile designs of their projects
