Salesforce Developer (On-site)

ION Solar is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to play a key role in enhancing our Salesforce platform. Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Take charge of the development and customization of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets our business requirements.

• Solution Development: Utilize your expertise in Salesforce to design and implement scalable and effective solutions that support business growth.
• Project Prioritization: Collaborate with project teams to prioritize development tasks, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
• Field Service Lightning: Apply your knowledge of Field Service Lightning to improve our field service operations, increasing productivity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Salesforce Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Field Service Lightning Expertise: Strong experience with Field Service Lightning, including hands-on implementation and optimization within Salesforce.
• Strategic Approach: Ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions that drive business results.
