Senior Full Stack Developer – Python/Java

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with proficiency in Python and Java to join our dynamic team.
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on using Python and Java. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, a strong understanding of software development principles, and a passion for creating efficient, scalable software solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and implement web applications using Python and Java among other technologies.
- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
- Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end features for our web applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the software architecture is modern and efficient.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies, including databases and servers.
- Familiarity with Python and Java frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, system design, and architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
