Highly motivated professionals who are eager to make extra money, earn overtime and find opportunities to grow are strongly encouraged to .salary: $18 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 3:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities• Follow all company safety rules, policies and procedures• Will operate NC or CNC equipment.• Ability to read/interpret blueprint engineering drawings• Keep machines and work area clean and organized daily• Selects proper raw materials from steel rack.• Move completed work orders in MES system• Sets up, adjusts and operates conventional and CNC machine tools to perform diversifiedand difficult operations to close and exacting tolerances. Setups may involve improvisation toaccomplish results.• Plans and determines set up procedures and operating sequences. Selects tooling, spindlespeeds, tool feed rates and work piece securing methods best suited to the operation.• Positions, aligns and secures work piece in machine, using care to avoid distortion that may affect finished dimensions. Compares machine part to blueprint using all necessary measuring tools. Presents part to department lead for a first article inspection. When the production run is finished, has work order signed off.
