Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain high performance, scalable Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to understand the requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Write well-designed, testable and efficient code.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application issues.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices
• Lead technical discussions and provide strategic direction on software architecture and design.
• Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices across the development team.

Education/Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in software development methodologies and best practices.
• Expert Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and related technologies.
• Extensive experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ionic, Angular or React.
• Experience with AWS cloud computing services
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Extensive experience with SQL databases.
• Expert Knowledge of version control systems, particularly GitHub
• Deep Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Extensive experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep Knowledge of Agile development and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
